SHANNON FRANK
Shannon has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry starting with
the Walt Disney Company in Disney Guest Services,
the global leader in guest service.
Prior to joining the HPN Global team in 2016, she spent 17 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Global Sales.
Shannon has worked at independent hotels and an IACC Certified hotel.
She has a vibrant background in all aspects of the hotel.  She has either worked or cross trained in the following on property departments—sales, convention services, catering, front desk, night audit, night manager, guest services, concierge, accounting, human resources, culinary, banquets, restaurants, engineering, and housekeeping.
With this extensive knowledge, she is excellently positioned to best orchestrate the smartest, most cost effective, and impactful meeting for your organization.
